Responsibilities
- Input and update data in a timely and accurate manner into databases or spreadsheets
- Verify and correct data discrepancies, ensuring data integrity
- Perform routine data cleaning and validation to maintain accurate records
- Organize and maintain physical and digital files for easy retrieval
- Assist in generating reports and summarizing data for analysis
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure consistency in data entry processes
- Handle confidential information with discretion and adhere to data security policies
- Respond to data-related inquiries and provide support as needed
- Meet established deadlines and quotas for data entry tasks
- Perform other administrative tasks as assigned
Skills
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience in data entry or related administrative roles
- Proficient in using data entry software and Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word)
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data input
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Comfortable handling sensitive and confidential information
- Familiarity with basic office equipment and technology
