Key Responsibilities
- Data Analysis and Verification: Analyze and verify the accuracy of primary insurance carrier information for Medicaid beneficiaries, ensuring proper coordination of benefits across multiple insurance plans.
- Claims Coordination Support: Assist in the effective functioning of the Coordination of Benefits team by performing detailed data analysis and identifying opportunities for process improvement.
- System Utilization: Utilize QNXT platform and SQL Server Management Studio to extract, manipulate, and analyze large datasets related to insurance coverage and claims information.
- Data Integrity Maintenance: Maintain high standards of data integrity by conducting regular audits and implementing corrective measures when discrepancies are identified.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including claims processing, provider services, and member services, to resolve complex coordination of benefits issues.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all data handling activities comply with healthcare regulations and company policies regarding privacy and data security.
