You'll work closely with our Tier 2 and Tier 3 support teams to ensure every concern is resolved efficiently and effectively. This position offers flexible weekday hours (Monday through Friday), with an average of 20 hours per week—perfect for those seeking a balanced work-life schedule.

Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Support Specialist at arenaflex, your primary focus will be delivering exceptional service to every caller while adhering to our documented processes and procedures. Here's what you can expect to do on a daily basis:


  • Handle Inbound Customer Calls: Take back-to-back calls from our customer hotline, dealing with complex situations that pertain to various types of potential fraud. Each call presents a unique challenge that requires your full attention and expertise.

  • Follow Documented Procedures: Apply critical thinking to each caller's situation while strictly following our established processes and procedures. Your ability to balance compliance with compassion is essential to success in this role.

  • Provide Accurate Information: Serve as a trusted source of information for callers, offering accurate guidance and unbiased advice based on our call-handling procedures. Your knowledge and integrity will help build trust with customers during stressful situations.

  • Advocate for Callers: Be the voice of the customer within arenaflex. Advocate for each caller to ensure their needs are met and their concerns are addressed promptly and satisfactorily.

  • Multi-task Effectively: While on calls, simultaneously access various software, systems, and tools to retrieve customer information and collaborate with multiple levels of support (Tier 2, Tier 3) to resolve complex issues.

  • Overcome Challenges: Navigate common challenges faced by Customer Support Specialists, including customer frustration, pushback, emotional impact, and dealing with unknown situations. Your resilience and emotional intelligence will be key to your success.

  • Collaborate Virtually: Work effectively in a virtual environment, communicating and collaborating with team members and leadership to stay current on any changes or updates in our fast-paced environment.

  • Maintain Technical Proficiency: Utilize the company-provided laptop to access multiple software platforms and databases, ensuring you have all the information needed to assist callers effectively.

  • Complete Additional Duties: Perform other tasks and duties as assigned to support the overall success of our customer support operations.

Qualifications & Requirements

Essential Qualifications


  • Education: A High School diploma or equivalent is required. A college degree or some college coursework is preferred, demonstrating your commitment to personal and professional growth.

  • Experience: At least one (1) year of relevant experience providing customer support and dealing with complex situations. Experience with various types of fraud prevention or financial services is highly preferred.

  • Technical Skills: Strong computer skills with the ability to effectively utilize multiple software systems, access customer information databases, and navigate various digital tools to successfully handle calls.

  • Background Check: The ability to successfully pass a criminal background check is required for this position.

  • Work Environment: The ability to work from home with a dedicated space free from distractions to focus on your daily work tasks is essential.

  • Availability: The flexibility to work the days and hours required to be successful in this role. Specialists currently work Monday through Friday, with no weekends required.

Preferred Qualifications


  • Prior experience in fraud prevention, financial services, or call center environments

  • Experience working in a virtual or remote capacity

  • Knowledge of consumer protection laws and regulations

  • Familiarity with CRM software and help desk ticketing systems

  • Multilingual capabilities (Spanish is a plus)
