As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support. You'll be responsible for handling inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat, providing accurate information about products and services, resolving customer issues efficiently and effectively, documenting customer interactions and maintaining records, and collaborating with other departments to escalate issues when necessary.

  • Basic computer skills and proficiency in MS Office
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
  • Problem-solving skills and a customer-oriented mindset
  • Previous customer service experience preferred but not required
  • Experience in retail, hospitality, or call center environments is a plus
