Position Summary
We are currently seeking a talented and motivated Customer Success Specialist to join our growing team. In this critical role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for our restaurant partners, working diligently to ensure their continued success, satisfaction, and growth with our Menufy platform. This is a remote position that offers the flexibility to work from anywhere while making a significant impact on our customers' businesses.
As a Customer Success Specialist at arenaflex, you will be responsible for building strong, lasting relationships with restaurant partners, helping them maximize the value of our platform, and ensuring their online presence accurately represents their brand. You will regularly review and analyze customer accounts, identify opportunities for optimization, and implement strategies to increase customer retention and loyalty.
A key aspect of this role involves monitoring and maintaining our customers' brand presence across major digital platforms, including Google, Apple, Facebook, Yelp, and other critical review and directory sites. You will work closely with our highest-volume restaurant partners to understand their unique challenges and provide tailored solutions that drive measurable results.
Your responsibilities will span customer outreach, retention initiatives, new product and service awareness campaigns, and order improvement coaching. You will serve as a trusted advisor to our restaurant partners, offering expert guidance on leveraging our platform's full capabilities to achieve their business objectives.
Essential Responsibilities and Duties
- Conduct comprehensive assessments of customer needs, providing expert knowledge and consultation on product features, capabilities, and available options that align with each restaurant partner's unique business requirements
- Design, develop, and implement strategic customer retention programs that increase loyalty, reduce churn, and protect our valuable customer base through proactive engagement and satisfaction initiatives
- Recover, optimize, maintain, and protect our customers' digital presence on search engines and Google Business Profiles, ensuring accurate information, positive reviews, and maximum visibility for each restaurant partner
- Communicate professionally with external organizations, including Google Support and other platform partners, to advocate for and resolve our customers' specific needs and technical issues
- Schedule and conduct regular performance briefings with customers, presenting data-driven insights and working collaboratively to identify solutions for potential inquiries, concerns, or opportunities for improvement
- Maintain the highest level of knowledge about our competitors, including their product offerings, pricing strategies, and market positioning, to effectively communicate arenaflex's competitive advantages
- Review customers' business settings within our platform and modify configurations as needed to optimize success, improve user experience, and maximize operational efficiency for each restaurant partner
- Proactively identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities by understanding customer goals and introducing additional arenaflex products or services that add value to their operations
- Analyze customer usage data and metrics to identify trends, opportunities, and potential risk factors, developing actionable recommendations to improve customer outcomes
- Serve as the voice of the customer within arenaflex, gathering feedback, reporting product issues, and collaborating with internal teams to enhance the overall customer experience
- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation of customer interactions, processes, and best practices to support knowledge sharing and team effectiveness
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay current with industry trends, platform updates, and evolving customer needs
Qualifications
Education
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business, Hospitality, Communications, or a related field preferred
- Relevant certifications in customer success, hospitality management, or digital marketing are a plus
Experience
- Minimum of 2 years of industry or related experience required, preferably in SaaS, restaurant technology, or food service operations
- Minimum of 3 years of customer service experience required, demonstrating proven success in customer relationship management and satisfaction
- 1+ years of restaurant experience preferred, with understanding of restaurant operations, menu management, and customer service dynamics
- Prior experience in a customer success, account management, or sales support role is highly desirable
- Experience working with digital ordering platforms, POS systems, or restaurant management software is a significant advantage
Language Skills
- Fluent in Spanish (both written and verbal) – required
- Fluent in English (both written and verbal) – required
- Ability to communicate effectively with diverse audiences and adapt communication style based on customer preferences
