  • Flight Booking & Reservation Management: Assist passengers with new flight bookings, modifications to existing reservations, seat selections, meal preferences, and special requests. Navigate airline reservation systems efficiently to process transactions accurately and provide confirmation details.
  • Cancellation & Rebooking Assistance: Handle cancellation requests professionally, process refunds according to airline policies, and assist customers with rebooking alternative flights when disruptions occur. Ensure passengers understand their options and feel supported during challenging situations.
  • Complaint Resolution: Address customer complaints and concerns with empathy, patience, and problem-solving skills. Investigate issues thoroughly, provide appropriate solutions, and follow up to ensure complete resolution. Turn negative experiences into positive ones whenever possible.
