Your Key Responsibilities

As an Inbound Customer Service Specialist, you'll play a crucial role in delivering exceptional experiences to our customers every day. Here's what you can expect:


  • Customer Relationship Building: Respond to a high volume of inbound phone calls, establishing trust and rapport with each customer you interact with

  • Collaborative Teamwork: Work closely with customers and Sales team members daily in a supportive, team-based environment

  • Technical Proficiency: Utilize a computer and multiple PC-based programs throughout your shift, with periods of sitting up to 8 hours per day

  • Problem Resolution: Resolve customer challenges by leveraging all available resources for account selection, product identification, order placement, and order management

  • Financial Accuracy: Address pricing and invoicing discrepancies, apply credits appropriately, and implement return procedures with precision and care

  • Account Management: Support customers with various account needs, ensuring their concerns are resolved efficiently and satisfactorily

What We're Looking For

To excel in this role, you'll need the following qualifications and attributes:

Essential Requirements:


  • High School diploma or equivalent

  • At least one year of customer service experience

  • Ability to commute to our facility from your home location

  • A secure, dedicated workspace at home specifically designated for work activities

  • Proficiency in operating and navigating multiple PC-based programs simultaneously

  • Stable, high-speed internet with the ability to provide proof of speeds greater than 5 megabits per second upload, 15 megabits per second download, and ping less than 80 milliseconds

Preferred Qualifications:


  • Previous experience in inbound call center environments

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume setting
