Responsibilities
- Assist customers with questions, concerns, and service-related needs while ensuring a positive experience
- Help identify customer needs and coordinate appropriate follow-up or resolution
- Uphold Four Seasons’ service standards while managing multiple priorities efficiently
Skills
- Prior customer service experience with a demonstrated record of reliability and professionalism
- A strong commitment to teamwork and customer satisfaction
- Ability to multitask, think critically, and adapt in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Typing proficiency of at least 30 WPM
- Flexibility to work overtime, weekends, and holidays as business needs require
