- *A Day in the Life of a Full-Time Remote Customer Service Representative**
As a Remote Customer Service Representative, you'll be the face of arenaflex, working with various stakeholders, including healthcare providers, patients, pharmacists, and medical office personnel. You'll be trained on multiple client programs and transition between them throughout your day, receiving incoming inquiries and reaching out by phone, email, or chat. Your exceptional customer service skills, combined with your ability to empathize with clients, will turn every interaction into a positive one.

- Work with various client programs, transitioning between them throughout your day

- High school diploma or equivalent
- One year of customer service or call center experience

- Ability to work in a quiet and private work-from-home environment with high-speed internet
- Computer skills with a working knowledge of Microsoft Windows/Office
- Ability to pass a background check

- Flexible work schedules for full-time call center positions
- Full-time employees can expect to work 38-40 hours per week
- At least one weekend day is required
