About the Role

We're looking for dedicated and detail-oriented individuals to join our remote team as a Customer Experience Chatroom Operator. This full-time position plays a critical role in ensuring seamless, high-quality interactions with consumers through our AI-driven conversational SMS platform. This role focuses on handling sensitive and enterprise-level conversations, providing an essential human touch when our AI encounters uncertainty.

Every day, arenaflex powers millions of automated, humanized conversations for our clients, but automation isn't always enough. When our AI encounters ambiguity or uncertainty in a consumer's response, you and your teammates step in to interpret and respond to messages appropriately, ensuring an optimal customer experience. Your accuracy is critical—your responses help train and improve our AI model while ensuring every customer interaction is positive and effective.

Example of Your Daily Work: A consumer messages, "Cant now, werkin." Your role is to categorize this message accurately and select the appropriate response, such as clicking the "I'm at work" button. Your keen attention to detail ensures our AI learns from every interaction, making our platform smarter and more responsive over time.

Compensation & Work Schedule


  • Pay: Competitive salary based on experience

  • Employment Type: Full-time (40 hours per week)

  • Shift Availability: Staffed from 8 AM – 12 AM EST with flexible scheduling within these hours

  • Location: Work from home with remote training conducted via Zoom

  • Training: Comprehensive remote training program provided

Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Experience Chatroom Operator at arenaflex, you will be at the forefront of customer communication, bridging the gap between artificial intelligence and genuine human connection. Your responsibilities include:


  • Message Review and Response: Review and respond to inbound text messages using pre-set canned responses while maintaining a natural, conversational tone that represents our clients' brands professionally.

  • Humanizing Interactions: Enhance canned responses to add context and a human touch. For example, if a user mentions they're feeling unwell, you might add: "Sorry to hear that! Get well soon!"

  • Enterprise Conversation Management: Handle enterprise-level and sensitive conversations with exceptional professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality.

  • Data Auditing: Audit chatroom data for accuracy, compliance, and AI training improvements, ensuring our system continuously learns and evolves.

  • Training Support: Assist in training new chatroom operators by sharing best practices, providing guidance, and contributing to our knowledge base.

  • Client UAT Support: Support client user acceptance testing (UAT) by evaluating and providing detailed feedback on chat interactions.

  • Efficiency Management: Balance efficiency with high-quality responses to maintain low wait times and minimize backlog while never compromising on quality.

  • Quality Assurance: Maintain a high level of response quality—interactions are evaluated using a comprehensive 1-4 rating scale for accuracy and effectiveness.
