Join Our Customer Experience Strategy & Operations Team
arenaflex is currently seeking a talented and motivated Customer Experience Business Intelligence Analyst to become an integral part of our Customer Experience (CX) Strategy & Operations team. What You'll Do
As a Customer Experience Business Intelligence Analyst at arenaflex, you will serve as a critical bridge between data and business strategy. Your work will directly influence how we enhance the customer experience across all touchpoints, particularly for post-purchase customer journeys spanning both our B2B and B2C segments. Here's what you can expect:
- Strategic Partnership: Collaborate closely with stakeholders and senior leadership to understand business objectives and translate them into analytical stories and actionable solutions that drive measurable outcomes.
- Data Analysis & Interpretation: Collect, analyze, and interpret complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies that inform business strategies and improve the overall customer experience.
- Dashboard Development: Design and build an intuitive portfolio of dashboards and reports using industry-leading tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms to make data accessible and actionable for stakeholders across the organization.
- SQL & Database Management: Write efficient, optimized SQL queries to extract, validate, and analyze data from multiple relational database sources while ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
- Data Anomaly Investigation: Investigate data anomalies with a detective mindset and work collaboratively with data engineering teams to trace issues back to their source systems for resolution.
- Documentation & Transparency: Maintain comprehensive documentation of data tables, definitions, logic, and processes to ensure transparency, repeatability, and knowledge sharing across the organization.
- Strategic Initiative Support: Support key strategic initiatives with data-backed insights and recommendations that help shape the future direction of our customer experience programs.
- Culture of Curiosity: Champion a culture of curiosity, continuous learning, and business acumen within the Business Intelligence function while mentoring others on data best practices.

Essential Qualifications
- Proven Experience: Demonstrated experience in a Business Intelligence, analytics, or business operations role with a track record of delivering impactful insights.
- Technical Proficiency: Strong SQL skills with comfort working with relational databases and the ability to write complex queries that extract meaningful information from large datasets.
- Visualization Expertise: Demonstrated expertise in data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms with the ability to create intuitive, action-oriented dashboards.

Compensation & Benefits

US Pay Range: $62,500—$75,000 USD
