The Role

We're seeking an accomplished Senior Enterprise Customer Success Manager to join our growing Enterprise team and play a pivotal role in shaping how our customers build and execute world-class security testing programs. This isn't your traditional account management role—it's a strategic partnership position where you'll be instrumental in helping organizations transform their security posture.

As a Senior Enterprise Customer Success Manager at arenaflex, you'll serve as the trusted advisor to some of our most sophisticated customers, working directly with C-level executives, Chief Information Security Officers (CISOs), and security leadership teams. You'll be responsible for driving adoption, ensuring retention, identifying growth opportunities, and most importantly, creating genuine value that makes our customers' security programs successful.

What You'll Do

As a Senior Enterprise Customer Success Manager, your responsibilities will span the entire customer lifecycle:


  • Strategic Account Leadership: Own and cultivate comprehensive relationships with your assigned enterprise clients, serving as their primary point of contact and advocate within arenaflex. You'll be responsible for driving adoption metrics, ensuring renewal retention, identifying expansion opportunities, and maintaining exceptionally high customer satisfaction scores.

  • Trusted Advisory Partnership: Establish yourself as a trusted strategic advisor to each customer, understanding their business objectives, security challenges, and risk tolerance. Use this insight to recommend tailored security testing programs that align with their goals and deliver measurable outcomes.

  • Value Acceleration: Proactively identify opportunities to expand the value customers receive from arenaflex services. Develop and execute account growth strategies that align with customer success metrics and business priorities.

  • Voice of the Customer: Serve as the internal champion for customer needs, working closely with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Marketing teams to ensure customer feedback drives meaningful improvements in our platform and service delivery.

  • Program Development: Collaborate with customers to design and implement comprehensive security testing programs that include penetration testing, vulnerability assessments, and continuous security validation.

  • Executive Relationship Management: Interface confidently with both internal and external C-level executives, presenting strategic recommendations, discussing program performance, and negotiating renewals and expansions.

  • Performance Monitoring: Monitor day-to-day service execution, track key performance indicators, and proactively address any issues before they impact customer satisfaction or program effectiveness.

  • Strategic Planning: Balance high-level strategic planning with hands-on tactical execution. Help customers design long-term security roadmaps while simultaneously driving near-term results that demonstrate immediate value.

  • Goal Setting & Achievement: Work with customers to establish critical success metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs), then partner with them to achieve these outcomes through thoughtful program execution.

  • Renewal Excellence: Manage the annual renewal process with precision and foresight, ensuring uninterrupted service while identifying opportunities for expansion or improvement during the renewal conversation.

  • Upsell Identification: Systematically identify and develop upsell opportunities that align with customer needs—whether that's expanding test coverage, adding additional security services, or extending programs to new business units.

  • Escalation Management: Program manage account escalations, working cross-functionally to resolve complex issues while maintaining customer confidence and satisfaction.

  • Sales Collaboration: Partner directly with the Sales team to deliver a seamless customer experience, ensuring smooth transitions and coordinated engagement strategies.

What You Bring

We're looking for candidates who combine deep expertise with exceptional interpersonal skills:


  • Experience: 3-5 years of proven experience in Enterprise Customer Success, with a track record of managing complex, high-value customer relationships.

  • Approach: A consultative selling and service approach that balances high-level strategic thinking with hands-on tactical execution. You should be equally comfortable developing multi-year roadmaps as you are diving into implementation details.

  • Industry Knowledge: Deep domain knowledge in cybersecurity services, including familiarity with security frameworks (NIST, ISO, MITRE ATT&CK), testing methodologies, and program execution models.

  • Security Expertise: Direct experience partnering with SecOps, AppSec, or other security-focused stakeholders—including CISOs, Security Engineers, and Analysts—to align on priorities and drive program success. This experience is strongly preferred.

  • Technical Proficiency: Experience working with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms, with the ability to leverage data and analytics to drive customer success strategies.

  • Operational Excellence: Strong multi-tasking abilities and the flexibility to adjust to changing priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

  • Communication Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into business value for executive audiences.

  • Enterprise Acclimation: Demonstrated experience working with Enterprise-level clients, understanding the unique dynamics, procurement processes, and relationship requirements of large organizations.

  • Analytical Mindset: Prior experience in detail-oriented and analytical environments, with the ability to use data to inform decisions and measure success.

  • Executive Presence: Prior experience managing renewals, expansions, and C-level conversations, with the confidence and credibility to engage at the highest levels.

Compensation & Benefits

arenaflex is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The salary range for this role is $104,768 – $130,960 per year, plus equity and comprehensive benefits. A candidate's salary is determined by various factors including relevant work experience, skills, certifications, and qualifications. The salary range may differ based on location and may be impacted by proximity to major metropolitan areas.
