What You'll Do

Primary Responsibilities


  • Multi-Channel Customer Support: Respond to incoming customer inquiries with professionalism and enthusiasm via email, live chat, and phone calls. You'll be the first point of contact for clinicians seeking assistance, and your warm, knowledgeable approach will set the tone for their entire arenaflex experience.
  • Issue Resolution & Escalation: Work collaboratively with the customer care team to identify, document, and escalate product bugs or technical issues. You'll help ensure that problems are addressed swiftly, protecting both customer satisfaction and our product quality.
  • Voice of the Customer: Pass along valuable customer feedback to our internal product development and marketing teams. Your insights will directly influence how we improve and evolve our educational offerings.
