• *What You'll Do**

As a Part-Time Remote Data Entry Specialist, you'll be an integral part of our Fleet Engineering Team, which is responsible for troubleshooting and resolving operational issues on transport category aircraft. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Staying informed about day-to-day airline operations within your field of responsibility
• Assessing daily priorities in accordance with airline/departmental objectives and management directives
• Investigating aircraft/component problems that may cause delays or cancellations, substantial expenditures in manpower or materials, or interruptions in maintenance operations, and determining appropriate corrective actions
• Providing Engineering support as required for the disposition of discrepant conditions affecting aircraft or components to restore serviceable status
• Responding to requests from Maintenance and other airline departments when technical assistance is required to support projects or resolve problems
• Developing action plans for fleet/multi-fleet and/or component engineering projects and pursuing final dispositions according to assessed priorities
• Coordinating with other airline departments, as required, to provide for effective and efficient implementation of engineering dispositions
• Preparing Engineering documents to implement technical dispositions by providing customized procedures for repairs, modifications, inspections, or other maintenance actions that provide benefits in accordance with airline/departmental objectives and management directives

• *Essential Qualifications**

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Engineering, Computer Science, or a related discipline
• 2+ years of experience in a related field, preferably in the aviation industry
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with colleagues and stakeholders
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Experience with data entry and management systems, preferably in a remote work environment
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines

• *Preferred Qualifications**

• Master's degree in a relevant field, such as Engineering, Computer Science, or a related discipline
• Experience with project management tools and methodologies, such as Agile or Scrum
• Familiarity with aircraft systems and components, particularly in the context of transport category aircraft
• Certification in a relevant field, such as A&P or IA
• Experience with data analysis and visualization tools, such as Tableau or Power BI
