AdelFi, a division of Christian Community Credit Union, is seeking a Temp Customer Service/Call Center Representative to deliver exceptional customer service. The role involves educating members on products, addressing banking inquiries, and ensuring a fulfilling banking experience.
Responsibilities
- Proactively educate members on our array of products and services
- Effectively communicate the benefits of various account types
- Guide members and applicants in selecting the options that best suit their needs
- Deliver an outstanding member experience that meets or exceeds expectations through diverse channels such as phone, email, chat, and SMS
- Tackle inquiries and problem-solving with confidence
- Take ownership of new and different requests to enhance the organization’s reputation
- Create account records over the phone, ensuring a seamless and fulfilling banking experience for every member
Skills
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum one year of experience working in a customer service position for a bank/credit union required
- Cross-selling experience required
- Ability to work with computer systems and under pressure in a fast-paced environment required
- Good organizational skills, telephone techniques, and attention to detail required
- Excellent verbal & written communication skills; good math aptitude & accurate typing skills at 35wpm required
- Must be available to train in Brea for 6-8 weeks, then work Hybrid and work in the office at least one full business day a week, Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:15pm (40 hours per week) required
- Minimum one year of experience dealing with the public in a call center environment preferred
- Bilingual skills (English/Spanish) preferred
- Knowledge of accounting principles preferred
