Financial Analyst II

The State of Utah's Division of Law Enforcement is seeking a proactive Financial Analyst II to enhance their collaborative team environment. This role focuses on managing the division's fiscal health through detailed financial operations, including payroll processing and compliance with state finance policies.

Responsibilities

• Review travel requests and reimbursements in the state's travel system to ensure compliance with state policy
• Assist with maintaining the division's assets/inventory
• Data entry of payables, receivables, cash receipts, allocations, requisitions, and adjustments in Vantage
• Assist with the biweekly payroll process including manual entry, coding corrections, and running reports
• Provide administrative support as needed
