Limitless Workforce is a well-established NYC law firm seeking a Collections Attorney (Litigation) to handle a high-volume caseload of collections matters. The role involves managing cases independently from intake through resolution, drafting litigation documents, and appearing in court.

Responsibilities

• Manage a high-volume caseload of collections matters from intake through resolution
• Draft pleadings, motions, and basic litigation documents
• Appear in court and handle routine proceedings independently
• Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and internal stakeholders
• Maintain organized case files and meet deadlines across multiple matters

Skills

• 1–3 years of litigation experience
• Ability to manage cases independently with minimal supervision
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Admitted to practice in New York
• Prior exposure to collections, Housing Court, foreclosure, insurance defense, or other high-volume practice areas is a plus
