The Client Success Specialist plays a vital role in coordinating sales activities and ensuring effective communication among stakeholders while maintaining accurate documentation and records.


Responsibilities

  • Prepare, file, and retrieve sales-related documents (e.g., due diligence submissions, assessment forms, NDAs)
  • Coordinate meetings, calls, and demos for Business Development and Account Management teams
  • Draft and manage account service-related documents such as meeting agendas, reports, proposals, and client correspondence
  • Participate in client meetings and conference calls, contributing to document discussions and maintaining CRM updates
  • Maintain current work-in-progress records and archives of past project information
  • Liaise with internal teams to ensure proper pre- and post-sales service
  • Maintain and update sales and customer records
  • Develop and document onboarding processes in Confluence and maintain these pages
  • Create and maintain reports and sales pipeline updates for executive leadership and senior sales team members

Skills

  • 1–3 years of experience in a sales environment
  • Strong administration and coordination skills
  • Excellent knowledge of customer service and sales standards
  • Tech-savvy with proficiency in CRM systems, Microsoft Office (especially Excel), LawVu, and other platforms
  • Exceptional time management and multitasking abilities
  • Comfortable attending in-person meetings and sales-related events
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and adapt to shifting priorities
  • Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in documentation and reporting
  • A combination of education and experience is considered
  • Master's degree preferred
