Tennis Central Corp is a leading tennis academy in the DMV area, focused on delivering exceptional client experiences and structured pathways for player development. They are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Client Services & Scheduling Coordinator to support daily operations, manage client communications, and ensure efficient lesson scheduling.


Responsibilities

  • Respond to client inquiries via email, phone, and messaging platforms in a timely and professional manner
  • Provide information on programs, pricing, scheduling, and policies
  • Assist clients in selecting appropriate programs based on level and goals
  • Handle client concerns and escalate when needed
  • Manage lesson and program scheduling using our booking system (PlayByPoint)
  • Coordinate private lessons, group classes, and court reservations
  • Optimize schedules to maximize court usage and coach availability
  • Handle cancellations, rescheduling, and waitlists
  • Assist with daily administrative tasks related to programming and court usage
  • Coordinate with coaches to ensure accurate schedules and attendance
  • Help manage seasonal registrations and program updates
  • Track and update client information and bookings
  • Ensure a smooth and positive experience for all clients
  • Proactively follow up with clients when needed
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism and responsiveness

Skills

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills

  • Comfortable with scheduling tools and basic software systems
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Interest in sports/tennis is a plus
