They are hiring a high-energy, full-time Sales Representative to sell their home warranty plans to existing homeowners and real estate professionals, benefiting from a steady flow of qualified leads and a supportive team environment.


Responsibilities

  • Contact and convert qualified leads provided by AFC into customers via phone and email
  • Educate prospects on the features, benefits, and value of AFC’s home warranty plans
  • Build relationships with real estate professionals to foster ongoing referrals
  • Meet and exceed individual sales quotas and team goals
  • Accurately document all interactions and customer data in the CRM (Salesforce)
  • Participate in training and ongoing coaching to improve performance and product knowledge

Skills

  • Sales experience (inbound, inside sales, or account management)
  • Strong phone presence with excellent verbal communication and persuasion skills
  • CRM proficiency and Salesforce experience
  • Highly motivated, self-disciplined, and results-oriented
  • Must be able to work on-site during the initial training period
  • High school diploma
  • Base knowledge of home warranty, real estate, insurance, or home services
  • Associate or bachelor's degree
