Client Service Representative - Employee Health & Benefits (Entry Level)

Marsh McLennan Agency is a full-service brokerage providing business insurance and employee benefits. As a Client Service Representative, you will manage insurance programs, execute policy changes, and deliver exceptional service to clients.

Responsibilities

• Work with the servicing team

Skills

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively service customers
• Familiarity with analyzing financial data
• Being a self-starter; a highly organized problem solver with good time management skills to meet deadlines
• Detail orientation and the ability to handle a wide variety of tasks
• Ability to work on a fast paced, high-energy team while maintaining a positive attitude
• High school diploma or equivalent is required
• BS/BA in Business, Insurance or related field
• Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• 1 year of experience working in the insurance industry
• Life & Health license preferred, or the ability to obtain upon hire
