HCLTech is a company focused on providing excellent customer service, and they are seeking a Customer Service Representative. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for customers, providing assistance and resolving inquiries to ensure a positive customer experience.
Responsibilities
- Conduct data entry and maintain customer records accurately
- Make outbound calls to follow up with customers or schedule appointments
- Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette while assisting customers with their queries
- Provide exceptional client services by addressing customer concerns promptly and professionally
- Collaborate with the office team to ensure seamless customer interactions
Skills
- HS Diploma OR GED Required
- 1 - 2 years experience in customer service/call center
- Typing/Computer Navigation
- Active Listening Skills
- Data Entry
- Proficiency in handling various customer service tasks
- Strong communication skills and ability to interact with customers courteously
- Are you available to work 40 hours a week between Sunday - Saturday between 7 AM - 8 PM EST?

- High school or equivalent (Required)
