[Remote] Customer Success Manager (Growth & Revenue Focus)

All Web Leads is a successful customer acquisition marketing company in the US, specializing in helping customers acquire clients for the insurance industry. They are seeking a growth-minded Customer Success Manager to manage a portfolio of customer accounts, drive revenue growth, and build strong relationships with clients.

Responsibilities

• Own a book of business and drive revenue growth + retention
• Spot trends, risks, and opportunities early—and act on them fast
• Build strong relationships with customers (yes, you’ll be on the phone a lot)
• Run performance check-ins and strategy conversations (not just “touch base” calls)
• Identify upsell and growth opportunities and close them
• Partner with internal teams to improve performance and results
• Use data (Salesforce, Excel, dashboards) to track performance and make decisions
• Handle issues quickly and keep customers happy and growing

Skills

• Proven success in a phone-based sales or account management role
• Someone who likes goals, metrics, and winning (this is a revenue role)
• Strong communicator—clear, confident, and personable
• Organized and able to manage multiple accounts at once
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
• Coachable, competitive, and self-motivated
• Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM
• Background in insurance or lead generation
• Experience managing or growing a book of business
