The role involves handling various types of civil litigation cases and requires strong litigation and writing skills, along with a license to practice in California.

Responsibilities

• Handle civil litigation cases in various areas including Employment, Environmental, Toxic Tort, Product, Commercial, General Liability, Construction, Healthcare, Professional Liability, and Insurance Defense
• Demonstrate excellent litigation, writing, and persuasive speaking skills
• Conduct research and manage assignments with minimal supervision
• Engage in trial experience, client interactions, and appearances at hearings, depositions, and trials

Skills

• Minimum of at least one year experience in civil litigation
• Candidates must be licensed and admitted to practice in California
• Candidates must be driven team players with excellent litigation, writing and persuasive speaking skills
• Possess strong academic backgrounds
• Proven skills in research
• Be a self-starter who is able to handle assignments with minimal supervision
• Trial experience
