Internet Brands is a full-service social security disability advocacy firm that assists individuals in obtaining their Social Security Disability benefits. They are looking for Call Center Representatives to provide high-quality phone support to attorney clients, gather information, and document responses.
Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to clients who are requesting our services
- Answer incoming calls from potential clients
- Providing accurate information to clients regarding their case
- Convey the benefits of the Premier Disability services
- Gather information, document responses, and keep a detailed record of all customer interactions in our CRM database
Skills
- Excellent oral and interpersonal communication skills
- Professional phone manners and a friendly attitude
- Active listening skills and problem-solving skills
- Ability to handle client objections and de-escalate challenging situations
- Ability to retain information and learn new systems quickly
- Ability to navigate and multitask across multiple systems and using Customer Relationship Management software (CRM) in a proficient manner
- Strong computer knowledge and excellent typing skills at least 50 WPM
