  • *Essential Duties and Responsibilities**

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:

  • Placing a high volume of outbound calls to customers to schedule appointments with our automotive partners, providing exceptional customer service, and building relationships.
  • Assisting customers with inquiries about products and services, ensuring that their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Providing individualized customer service of the highest standard, responding to customer concerns, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Building the interest of customers in the products and services offered by arenaflex, promoting our brand and values.
  • Maintaining and updating our customer database, ensuring that customer information is accurate and up-to-date.
  • Providing feedback and insight regularly on the effectiveness of policies and processes within the services and contact center department.
  • Other duties as assigned by management.

  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and typing skills of 25 WPM.
  • A GREAT team member attitude, with a focus on collaboration, empathy, and understanding.
  • *Physical Demands and Work Environment**

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be working in a remote environment, with the following physical demands:

  • Ability to lift, push, or pull up to 50 lbs. to support training simulations.
  • Ability to work at a computer for long periods of time, with regular breaks to maintain productivity and well-being.
  • Ability to hold conversations over the phone for extended periods, with a focus on active listening and empathy.
  • Ability to work effectively in an open-office environment, with varying noise levels and a focus on collaboration and teamwork.
