Intersection Co. is an experience-driven Out of Home media and technology company that enhances urban living through innovative solutions. They are seeking an energetic Business Development Representative to build a strong pipeline of leads and support the National Sales Team in generating opportunities and meetings with clients.
Responsibilities
- Building and qualifying a strong pipeline of leads and setting meetings for the National Account Executive
- Researching target brands, initiating conversations, and uncovering potential fits across Intersection’s out-of-home and digital media platforms
- Learning Intersection’s national product suite, key markets, and media capabilities
- Getting up to speed on the sales process, CRM tools, and messaging framework
- Beginning prospecting outreach to target accounts and assisting in presentation preparation
- Shadowing National Account Executives to understand how Intersection is positioned to major brands and agencies
- Identifying and researching key brands and agencies in priority verticals to generate qualified leads for the national team
- Executing high-volume outreach campaigns via email, phone, and LinkedIn to introduce Intersection’s value proposition
- Qualifying opportunities and scheduling discovery meetings for National Account Executives
- Partnering with Marketing and Research teams to craft outreach materials and category insights
- Tracking and managing the pipeline within Salesforce, ensuring clean hand-offs to the sales team
- Contributing feedback on messaging, campaign performance, and market trends to improve the go-to-market approach
Skills
- Have a bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
- Bring 1–2 years of experience in business development, inside sales, or media/agency roles (preferably in advertising, media, or SaaS)
- Are curious, proactive, and thrive in a fast-paced, goal-oriented sales environment
- Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills — you're confident reaching out to new people every day
- Are detail-oriented, organized, and skilled at managing multiple priorities
- Are comfortable using CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) and sales engagement tools
- Bring positive energy, persistence, and a collaborative spirit — you enjoy being part of a team that wins together
