Position Overview: Behavioral Technician – Accelerated Program
As a Behavioral Technician at arenaflex, you will play a vital role in implementing personalized ABA therapy programs for children and adolescents on the autism spectrum. You will work directly with clients in their homes, providing one-on-one therapy under the guidance and supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). Key Responsibilities

Qualifications and Requirements
Essential Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's Degree preferred, or currently working towards a degree in a related field such as Psychology, Education, Sociology, or Human Services.
- Experience: Minimum of one year of experience working with children in a one-on-one setting. This can include roles such as Direct Support Professional, Special Education Assistant, Paraprofessional, Teacher's Assistant, ABA Tutor, or similar positions in school or home-based settings.
- ABA Experience: At least one year of experience in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) is preferred. If you do not have direct ABA experience, we welcome applicants with related experience in special education, autism support, or similar fields.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential. You must be able to communicate effectively with clients, families, supervisors, and team members.
- Transportation: Personal means of transportation with a reliable vehicle is required. You must be able to travel to client homes within your assigned area.
- Schedule Flexibility: Must be available to work flexible hours, including mornings, afternoons, and evenings, with most cases occurring during after-school hours.
Physical Requirements:
