Position Overview

We are currently seeking a reliable and enthusiastic Remote Data Entry Clerk to provide full-time support to our valued consumers. In this role, you will perform data entry and clerical work that requires the application of various job methods and procedures.   • Mail Processing: Assist in the planning of all mail related to the client help process, including sorting, distributing, and processing incoming and outgoing correspondence.

  • Special Projects: Handle exclusive management projects and spillover work from departments featuring word-processing, data entry, and internet research activities.

  • Reception Duties: Manage the company's lobby region by greeting and administering all visitors, suppliers, clients, job applicants, and customers. Directly seat all guests to their designated offices and conference rooms while alerting staff members of their arrival or appointment.

  • General Office Duties: Responsible for various general office tasks including but not limited to filing, data entry, spreadsheet and report maintenance, mailings, and project work.
