Our Associate Customer Success Manager will be an integral part of our global Customer and Product Success team. This role is based remotely in UK, Ireland, Spain or Estonia.
The role is also available to independent contractors in East Europe.

The Opportunity
We are seeking a talented and motivated Associate Customer Success Manager to join our dynamic Customer Success team. This is an exciting opportunity for a professional who is eager to operate at the intersection of cloud technology, financial operations, and customer impact. As an Associate Customer Success Manager at arenaflex, you will own a portfolio of customer accounts and serve as a trusted partner and customer journey orchestrator for a high-volume portfolio of arenaflex customers.

Key Responsibilities
As an Associate Customer Success Manager at arenaflex, you will play a critical role in ensuring customer satisfaction, driving adoption, and contributing to the overall success of our customer base. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Account Portfolio Management: Own a portfolio of accounts, leveraging automated playbooks and workflows to help customers achieve value through all phases of the customer journey, including onboarding, adoption, value realization, renewal, and expansion. You will be the primary point of contact for your assigned accounts and will be responsible for building strong, lasting relationships with key stakeholders.
- Customer Education and Training: Deliver one-to-many customer training and education sessions on the arenaflex console. Host one-to-many office hours for customer Q&A, ensuring that customers have the knowledge and resources they need to succeed. You will create and deliver engaging content that helps customers understand and utilize our platform effectively.
- Data-Driven Insights: Use customer insights surfaced through our Customer Success tooling to analyze customer sentiment and propensity for growth. Identify strategic customers for account planning and additional human outreach. You will leverage data analytics to identify trends, anticipate customer needs, and proactively address potential issues before they become problems.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Support the Account Management team by sharing key insights into adoption and sentiment, with an emphasis on account growth and creation of deep and healthy relationships with key customer stakeholders (CFOs, FinOps leads, engineers, cloud architects). You will work closely with sales, product, and engineering teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Risk Management and Escalation: Manage customer escalations, identify risk, and build relevant mitigation plans in collaboration with Account Management and CS leadership. You will be responsible for addressing customer concerns promptly and effectively, ensuring that issues are resolved to the customer's satisfaction.
- Customer Advocacy: Build trust and transparency with customers and act as a customer advocate. Operate as the "voice of the customer" within arenaflex, ensuring that customer feedback is heard and acted upon by relevant teams. You will represent customer interests in internal discussions and help shape product development based on customer needs.
- Feedback Loop: Escalate problems and customer feedback more generally to the engineering team, product managers, and other departments. You will play a key role in helping arenaflex improve its products and services based on real-world customer feedback and usage patterns.
- Product Expertise: Maintain a detailed understanding of arenaflex's products and services and customer use cases to advise customers on how to leverage arenaflex solutions more effectively. You will become an expert in our platform and use that knowledge to help customers achieve their business objectives.
Essential Qualifications
We are looking for candidates who possess the following qualifications and skills:
- Experience: 1 – 2 years of experience in Customer Success in a B2B SaaS company. You should have a solid understanding of customer lifecycle management and be familiar with customer success best practices in a technology environment.
- Technical Aptitude: Strong technical aptitude, with the ability to identify areas for automation and an interest in both learning and leveraging AI. You should be comfortable working with technology platforms and be eager to stay current with emerging trends in cloud computing and customer success technology.
- Organizational Skills: Proven ability to manage high and competing workloads with a strong attention to detail and effective prioritization. You should be able to juggle multiple accounts and tasks simultaneously while maintaining high standards of quality.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional ability to communicate and foster positive business relationships with our customers and team members. You should be able to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, from technical teams to C-suite executives.
- Problem-Solving: A proven track record of creative problem solving on internal and customer-facing issues. You should be able to think on your feet and develop innovative solutions to complex challenges.
- Accountability: Strong accountability and personal organization is a must. You should be self-directed and able to work independently while also being a collaborative team player.
- Attitude: Highly motivated team player with a positive outlook and a can-do attitude, preferably with a great sense of humor. We value team members who bring positivity and energy to our workplace.
- Curiosity: Curiosity and self-motivation to learn and develop professional competencies. You should be committed to continuous improvement and eager to expand your knowledge and skills.
- Language Skills: Be fluent in English to a professional degree (verbal and written). You should be able to communicate clearly and professionally in English in both written and verbal formats.
Preferred Qualifications
While not required, the following qualifications would be considered a plus:
- Experience with finance or data analytics
- Experience with a public cloud platform like GCP, AWS, or Azure
- Cloud Provider (AWS, Azure, GCP) and/or FinOps Certifications
- Additional languages: French, Spanish, Italian in particular
