Federal Express Corporation is a leading logistics and delivery company, and they are seeking an Associate Engineer - Cust Svc. The role involves assisting in various aspects of call center operations, including developing procedures, workflow processes, and providing support in business planning.

Responsibilities

• Assists in developing call center procedures, workflow processes, work measurements, and facility layouts in accordance with ergonomic standards
• Assists in determining facility requirements for call center operations, such as the number of positions, locations, and size
• Develops procedures and work standards for call center network operations and other departments that handle customer calls
• Developing and executing presentations to executive and senior management
• Providing ongoing support in the business planning process, employing planning methodology and other appropriate methods, tools, and processes
• Perform other duties as assigned
