Inside Sales Representative

Rittal Limited is a certified Great Place to Work® and a leading system supplier for enclosures, power distribution, and IT infrastructure. They are seeking a goal-oriented Inside Sales Representative to work alongside Outside Sales Representatives, providing excellent customer service and driving optimal sales results.

Responsibilities

• Provide customers with product information to assist them in determining appropriate products
• Recommend additional products to meet customer needs
• Respond to customer requests and questions regarding technical issues, products and account information; analyzes and rectifies customer concerns using established procedures
• Track sales activities and maintain customer database using a CRM program
• Provide quotes, prepare proposals and enter orders in a timely and efficient manner
• Follow up with customer for quotes, reports, orders, etc
• Coordinate with other departments to provide superior customer service
• Achieve an advanced understanding of Rittal products
• Other duties as assigned by the Inside Sales Manager
