We're currently seeking a talented and passionate Senior Analyst to join our North America Email and Client Communications team in Boston. This is a newly created role that offers an incredible opportunity to shape your own responsibilities based on your unique strengths and career aspirations. As part of our High level Examination and Experiences (AAI) team, you'll become the go-to expert for all things data and analysis within our group, driving insights that directly impact how we engage with our customers across multiple channels.

What You'll Do

Advanced Investigation and Insights



  • Conduct ad-hoc deep-dive analyses requiring advanced SQL proficiency and complex data table manipulations

  • Lead insight-driven roadmapping sessions, identifying high-impact opportunities for channel optimization based on your analytical findings

  • Translate raw data into actionable recommendations that drive measurable business outcomes

  • Develop predictive models and forecasting frameworks to anticipate customer behavior trends

  • Partner with cross-functional teams to validate hypotheses and implement data-backed solutions

A/B Testing and Experimentation Excellence



  • Champion the application of statistical best practices across all testing initiatives

  • Establish and refine an adaptive decision-making framework for continuous improvement

  • Identify opportunities for and execute on streamlining testing processes, including automated Python result pulling and flexible, real-time dashboards

  • Design and implement multivariate tests that drive significant performance improvements

  • Document learnings and create templates that scale testing best practices across the organization

Data Authority and Partnership



  • Serve as the primary partner for Marketing Data Engineering, acting as the essential resource for day-to-day operations including medium-term requests related to campaign planning and execution

  • Shape the long-term roadmap for data infrastructure and analysis capabilities

  • Become the recognized subject matter expert on all data tables – understanding what data is available, where it lives, how it should be used, and effectively communicating this across the broader team

  • Mentor team members on data literacy and analytical best practices

  • Evaluate and recommend new data sources and tools that enhance analytical capabilities

Performance Reporting and Communication



  • Normalize channel metrics and create flexible, scalable dashboards that work across multiple stores and geographic regions

  • Prepare weekly and monthly performance analyses that tell compelling stories about what's working and what needs attention

  • Field performance-related inquiries from senior leadership and cross-functional partners

  • Create executive-level presentations that translate complex data into clear, actionable insights

  • Develop automated reporting solutions that reduce manual effort while increasing analytical depth

What You'll Need

Essential Qualifications



  • Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Technical disciplines, Economics, Business, or other concentrations with a quantitative focus is required

  • Experience: 3+ years of experience in a data-heavy role, preferably in marketing, management consulting, startup/tech, finance, or strategic fields

  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in data analysis and advanced SQL; strong Google Sheets/Excel skills; enthusiasm for finding patterns in data; knowledge of Python is a significant plus

  • Analytical Thinking: Strong critical thinking abilities with the capacity to break down complex problems and communicate findings effectively to diverse audiences

  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence senior-level and cross-functional partners

  • Problem-Solving: Ability to own and execute solutions to complex problems independently with minimal supervision

  • Time Management: Capacity to handle multiple priorities, learn quickly, and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

Preferred Qualifications



  • Experience with email marketing platforms and customer communication tools

  • Background in A/B testing and statistical experimentation design

  • Experience working in agile or fast-paced startup environments
