Our environment rewards performance with a well-compensated, aggressive structure that motivates accountability and high achievement.<br><br><strong>RESPONSIBILITIES:</strong> </div><ul> <li>Contact existing customers to share the latest updates on products and services.</li> <li>Targeted outreach to both existing customers and new business leads to offer State Farm insurance.</li> <li>Develop and maintain customer relationships to drive retention and growth.</li> <li>Conduct policy reviews and provide recommendations to customers.</li> <li>Oversee the resolution of complex customer issues.</li> <li>Use your knowledge of our insurance products to recommend, explain and sell policies to both cold and warm leads.</li> </ul><div><strong>QUALIFICATIONS:</strong></div><ul> <li>Current P&C <strong><u>and</u></strong> L&H licenses in the <strong>State of California.</strong> </li> <li>At least six months of experience working for State Farm is <strong><u>required</u></strong> for this position.</li> <li>Proven track record of meeting sales targets.</li> <li>Willingness to engage in sales conversations.</li> </ul> </div> <p>This is a remote position.</p>
