EF Go Ahead Tours is a company dedicated to providing enriching group travel experiences. They are seeking an Account Manager to support Group Coordinators, manage pre-departure details, and enhance customer acquisition and retention strategies.


Responsibilities

  • Manage & grow group trips within your own book of business by building a repeat sales pipeline and addressing pre-departure questions
  • Build your repeat sales pipeline by utilizing the sales process to encourage Group Coordinators to set up future tours & leveraging recruitment best practices to increase their group size
  • Set correct expectations by providing detailed information to travelers to ensure they have a full understanding of each component of the trip prior to departure
  • Serve as the liaison between Group Coordinators and internal EF Go Ahead departments by initiating and following up on group requests
  • Maintain an in-depth knowledge of our product, processes, and internal systems
