- Business Analysis and Problem Solving (25%): Conduct comprehensive business analysis to fully understand operational dynamics. Identify and implement process and organizational improvements that drive efficiency and effectiveness. Design and ensure execution of financial department objectives, including annual budgeting and forecasting activities.
- Financial Planning and Strategy (25%): Develop strategic frameworks that integrate financial products and services into core business operations and new strategic initiatives. Own and manage projects to ensure timely completion and optimal quality. Create and execute detailed project plans and implementation strategies that align with organizational goals.
- Data Analysis and Reporting (25%): Collect and analyze data for presentations to senior management. Provide project support and guidance to other team members. Review and adjust project plans and decisions as appropriate to meet evolving business needs. Prepare monthly payment metrics and performance dashboards.
- Program Evaluation and Implementation (25%): Evaluate financial and operational quality consequences of new programs against predetermined objectives.
