As a Customer Experience Associate (CXA) at arenaflex, you will be responsible for ensuring that every customer receives the exceptional service that has come to define our brand. You'll be the frontline ambassador for arenaflex, delivering empathetic, detail-oriented solutions that turn ordinary interactions into extraordinary experiences. This is a part-time position offering approximately 20 hours per week, with flexibility to adjust between 15-29 hours based on business needs—our seasonal demands mean there's never a dull moment!
Important Training Information: All new hires must complete our comprehensive 4-week virtual training program, running Monday through Friday from 9:30 AM to 4:00 PM EST. This training covers everything you need to know about arenaflex, our products, and our customer service philosophy. Upon completion, you'll be required to pass an assessment to demonstrate your knowledge before beginning your part-time shifts.
