Position Overview
We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Entry-Level Remote Data Entry Specialist to join our growing team. This is a fully remote position, offering the flexibility to work from anywhere within the United States. As a Data Entry Support Worker at arenaflex, you will be responsible for clerical and data entry work performed at our Adult Education division. Key Responsibilities
As a Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you will play a vital role in maintaining our data infrastructure. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Database Management: Manage multiple databases to ensure accurate record-keeping and data organization. You'll work with various systems to input, update, and maintain critical information that supports our organization's operations.
- Grant Data Entry: Enter required grant data accurately into our NRS (National Reporting System) to meet monthly, quarterly, and year-end deadlines. This requires attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently under deadlines.
- Record Maintenance: Maintain appropriate records and follow required procedures and practices for attendance and assessment data. You'll ensure that all documentation meets regulatory standards and organizational requirements.
- Data Security: Maintain required security of student data in compliance with FERPA (Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act). Protecting sensitive information is paramount in this role, and you will receive specific training on data privacy protocols.
- Quality Assurance: Complete regular error checks and data clean-up in NRS to ensure accurate reporting. You'll be responsible for identifying and correcting discrepancies to maintain data integrity.
- Information Accessibility: Ensure data is accessible in a timely manner to staff and other stakeholders. This includes proper data organization and maintaining efficient retrieval systems.
- Task Organization: Organize and prioritize tasks to meet all local, state, and program deadlines. Strong time management skills are essential for success in this role.
- Student Outcome Monitoring: Monitor and evaluate student outcomes including pre/post testing with state-mandated assessments. You'll help track progress and generate reports on student achievement.

- Document Management: Scan documents and label items for proper filing and organization. Maintain digital and physical records in an orderly fashion.

Essential Qualifications
