As a Remote Customer Support Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a pivotal role in delivering world-class support to our subscribers across multiple channels. Your daily responsibilities will include:

  • Complex Issue Escalation: Collaborate with our cross-functional teams including technical specialists, billing experts, and product teams to resolve escalated concerns that require deeper investigation or specialized attention.
  • Documentation & Quality Improvement: Meticulously document all customer interactions, solutions provided, and follow-up actions in our CRM system. Your detailed notes will help improve our service quality and contribute to knowledge base development.
