Together, let's embrace possibilities and change lives! arenaflex's Patient Billing Customer Service department within the Revenue Cycle Management Division is seeking energetic, passionate customer service-focused individuals who seek solutions to challenging patient billing issues. Responsibilities: • Answer 80+ inbound calls per day from patients, doctor's offices, and/or private insurance carriers, providing exceptional customer service and resolving complex billing inquiries. • Initiate payment plans for patients with outstanding balances, ensuring timely and efficient resolution of financial obligations. • Routinely utilize multiple resources to resolve patient inquiries while on the phone, demonstrating a proactive and solution-focused approach. • Maintain performance goals, consistently meeting or exceeding targets for call volume, resolution rates, and customer satisfaction. • Ability to become proficient with processes after completing a structured training program, embracing ongoing learning and development opportunities. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: • Ability to work and learn in a fast-paced environment, adapting to changing priorities and deadlines. • Attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and precision in all interactions and documentation. • Perform successfully in a team environment, collaborating with colleagues to achieve shared goals and objectives. • Excellent organization skills, managing multiple tasks and priorities while maintaining a high level of productivity. • Proficiency navigating multiple computer screens and applications, efficiently utilizing technology to streamline processes and enhance customer experiences. • Alpha-Numeric data entry proficiency, accurately and efficiently capturing and processing customer information. • Excellent communication skills, effectively articulating complex information and resolving customer concerns in a clear and concise manner. Qualifications: • High School Diploma or equivalent required. • Minimum 1+ year work experience required, preferably in medical billing, customer service, insurance claims, EOB, call center, or fast-paced environments. • Previous work in high-volume call environments with several computer windows open highly desirable. • Previous interaction and communications with patients regarding medical information strongly preferred. Technical/Other Requirements: • Internet download speed of at least 50 megabytes per second connectivity required for remote work. • Ability to connect equipment to a router/modem with an Ethernet cord, ensuring stable and secure connectivity. • Dedicated area to perform duties without interference, with structured breaks to maintain productivity and well-being. • Ability to manage time and tasks independently, maintaining productivity and meeting performance goals. Pay Range: $15.25-16.00 or State/Local minimum wage, if higher. Application Window Closes: 5/11/2025 Shift and Schedule: The shift for this position will be Monday-Friday; 11am-8pm (EST), which is 10am-7pm CST and 9am-6pm (MST) and 8am-5 pm (PST). Note: During training, the hours will be 9am-6pm EST. Shift Differential: 11am-8pm (EST) shift - 10% Shift Differential for residents in Eastern time zone.
