The Customer Success & Billing Specialist provides technical assistance for software-related issues, manages billing processing, and ensures users can effectively utilize the Enrollware software.
Responsibilities
- Become a product expert in Enrollware’s software
- Respond to support tickets and phone calls in a timely manner
- Provide training and look for opportunities for customers to make better use of the software
- Assist in creating and updating current documentation
- Contribute to internal project process initiatives
- Respond to billing inquiries and follow up on outstanding balances
Skills
- Outstanding communication, organizational, and time management skills
- Experience supporting SaaS software applications
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Proven ability to research and solve customer issues
- Self-motivated and dependable in a remote work environment
- Experience with billing processes
- Experience with SaaS customer success
