Key Responsibilities

- Inbound Customer Support: Handle incoming calls from union members seeking information about their benefits, answering questions with accuracy and empathy
- Outbound Communication: Proactively reach out to members to conduct consultations, follow up on inquiries, and ensure their needs are met
- Benefits Education: Conduct informative discussions with union members about the supplemental and long-term benefits available to them
- Documentation & Processing: Complete all necessary paperwork accurately and efficiently, maintaining detailed records of all interactions
- Quality Assurance: Adhere to quality standards and best practices in every customer interaction, continuously seeking ways to improve
- Relationship Building: Maintain strong, positive relationships with members, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty to arenaflex
- Collaboration: Work effectively with team members and all levels of management to achieve individual and team goals

Required Qualifications
