About the Role

As a Product Designer, you are an integral part of the product team, tackling complex problems through the practice of human-centered design. Designers work to deeply understand the needs of diverse user groups within higher education, embracing the challenges of product innovation as AI continues to reshape how products are built and experienced. We're looking for designers who provide frequent and clear communication, possess a self-driven work ethic, and thrive in a collaborative environment where teammates' critiques are essential to the iterative process.

Watermark is committed to fair and equitable pay practices for all qualified candidates.  The pay range for this role is $110K - $120K and varies based on several factors including geographical location, level of  experience related to the role, education/licensure/certificates of the individual filling the role and other business and operational  considerations.
