With a strong focus on innovation, quality, and customer satisfaction, we're committed to making a positive impact on the world through technology. **Job Responsibilities** As a Full Stack Data Entry Specialist, you will be responsible for a wide range of tasks, including: * Designing, creating, and managing the execution of flexible manufacturing processes and systems for specific data center products * Collaborating with the Planning, Product Management, and Operations teams to identify and address potential manufacturing bottlenecks in early development stages * Analyzing and interpreting complex production data to drive informed manufacturing strategies * Identifying and implementing solutions to improve execution and efficiency across the supply chain * Leading the assessment, qualification, and key development of contract manufacturers with a focus on future capabilities and growth * Utilizing Product Information Management (PIM) frameworks to create Bills of Materials (BOM), Approved Vendor Lists (AVL), and manage Design Change Notices/Requests (ECN/O) * Leading the Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) team to align design and BOM structures **Essential Qualifications** * Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field * At least 4 years of experience in Electrical Designing, Cycle Designing, Assembling Designing, or similar relevant experience * 10 years of experience in Assembling, Quality, Reliability, or Product Design * 6 years of experience with Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) * 5 years of experience in planning and execution of civil high-voltage applications in data center development **Preferred Qualifications** * Master's degree in Science or a related field * Experience in directing yield improvements and process duration reductions for high-volume and high-complexity parts * Experience with LEAN Manufacturing/5S/8D practices * Experience in charging data centers * Ability to impact the product electrical design and manufacturing process * Ability to travel up to 30% of the time **Skills and Competencies** * Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and systems * Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills * Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams * Strong communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines * Proficiency in Product Information Management (PIM) frameworks and Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) tools **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At arenaflex, we're committed to helping our employees grow and develop their careers.
