SUMMARY

The Lead Data Architect is responsible for defining the enterprise data, analytics, integration, master data management and business intelligence current, transitional and target state architectures. This role works with the data architecture, strategy and execution roadmap in close collaboration with business and IT service owners and delivery teams. Additionally, this role leads a team of architects to ensure that solutions align with the target architecture.

Manages assigned personnel.  Completes performance evaluations, orientation, and training.  Makes decisions on employee hires, transfers, promotions, salary changes, discipline, terminations, and similar actions.  Resolves employee problems within position responsibilities.
