Position Overview:

As Principal Engineer at CYPHER Learning, you will serve as a senior technical leader responsible for shaping the architecture, scalability, and long-term technical direction of our platform and products. You will lead the design of large-scale software systems, solve complex engineering challenges, and drive critical technical initiatives that strengthen reliability, security, and overall product performance. This role blends deep technical expertise, architectural judgment, and hands-on execution, ensuring technical decisions support business priorities while positioning CYPHER for long-term scale. You will partner closely with engineering, product, and cross-functional teams to guide technical direction, elevate engineering standards, and ensure our systems are built to adapt and grow with the business.
