What We're Looking For
Minimum Qualifications
- Customer Service Experience: Minimum of two years of customer service experience with a genuine passion for building customer loyalty through excellent active listening, consultative relationship building, and professionalism.
- Proven Track Record: Demonstrated success in a customer service and sales environment for two or more years.
- Technical Proficiency: Ability to work in a metrics-driven environment with the capability to multitask and navigate various systems in an online/remote environment.
