**Responsibilities**
As a Pre-Licensed Representative, you'll be responsible for:
* **Resolving complex consumer issues**: Use your excellent decision-making skills and innovation to resolve high-level consumer issues and advise first-level representatives.
* **Providing top-notch support**: Assist policy holders with billing questions and concerns, and provide support for policy changes requested.
* **Supporting policy holders' needs**: Provide recommendations and adjust as necessary to meet policy holders' needs.
**Qualifications**
We're looking for fearless individuals who are inspired to deliver only the best in all that they do. To be considered for this role, you'll need:
* **6 months of customer service experience**: Minimum requirement, with a preference for 6 months of call center experience.
* **High school graduate or GED**: A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
* **Comfort with desktop computer systems**: You'll need to be comfortable using a desktop computer system and have basic computer skills.
* **Proven oral and written communication skills**: Excellent communication skills are essential for this role.
* **Logical problem-solving skills**: You'll need to be able to think critically and solve problems effectively.
* **Availability to work various shifts**: You'll need to be available to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends.
* **Ability to use Windows operating systems**: You'll need to be comfortable using Windows operating systems.
