Your exceptional communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment will make you an invaluable asset to our team. **Key Responsibilities** * Provide phone support to patients, answering questions and resolving issues related to their medication treatment * Coordinate and handle new prescription requests and reorders, ensuring timely and accurate processing * Verify and update patient information, including insurance details and medical history * Assist patients with deciphering and entering new or reorder medications into our pharmacy database * Collect and process copay payments, obtain approvals, and work with insurance companies, healthcare providers, and internal teams to resolve issues and expedite orders * Collaborate with patients, insurance companies, and internal stakeholders to ensure that financial and clinical expectations are met before medication is dispensed * Maintain accurate records and reports, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies **Essential Qualifications** * Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution * Dynamic IL Pharmacy Technician License or willingness to apply for an IL Pharmacy Technician License * One year of experience in a customer service role, handling and resolving a high volume of complex customer needs via telephone * One year of experience working with Windows-based applications, including Windows, Microsoft Office, web navigation, and email applications * One year of PC keyboarding experience, skills, and proficiency **Preferred Qualifications** * Healthcare work experience and knowledge of benefits, insurance, medications, and clinical terminology * Experience working in a fast-paced environment, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and retention **Skills and Competencies** * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with patients, insurance companies, and internal stakeholders * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to resolve complex issues and escalate when necessary * Proficiency in Windows-based applications, including Microsoft Office and email software * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and retention * Strong attention to detail, with the ability to maintain accurate records and reports * Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and retention **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At arenaflex, we're committed to helping our employees grow and develop their careers.
