**What Success Looks Like In This Role**
As a Customer Service Agent at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for supporting, troubleshooting, and resolving end-user issues in our client software applications for clinical trials. You'll work closely with our team to document all call information according to our quality assurance (QA) and internal standard operating procedures. You'll also be responsible for monitoring team mailbox emails and documenting them according to procedures.

**What We're Looking For**
We're looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual who is passionate about providing exceptional customer service. If you have:
* A college degree and at least one year of applicable experience (background investigation and drug screen required)
* Strong computer experience with Microsoft Office products and familiarity with SharePoint
* Strong troubleshooting skills
* Strong written and verbal English communication skills on a professional level
* Strong phone skills
* A strong commitment to customer service
* The ability to apply critical thinking and analytical skills appropriately to resolve daily issues
* The ability to work remotely within a 50-mile radius of Indianapolis and travel to client sites for urgent situations
* Fluency in Spanish, French, and/or Japanese is a plus, but not required

**FLEX WEEKENDS**
As a Customer Service Agent at arenaflex, you'll have the opportunity to work a flexible schedule, including weekends. You'll be required to work second or third shift, possibly weekends, with availability to float and cover additional shifts as needed after training.
**Security Clearance**
